Role: Associate / Senior Talent Acquisition – IT Recruiter Experience: 1–4 years Work Mode- Onsite Location- HSR Layout, Bengaluru Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and driven Associate / Senior Talent Acquisition – IT Recruiter with 1–4 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment. The role involves managing the complete recruitment cycle — from understanding client requirements to sourcing, screening, and closing positions. You’ll play a key role in building strong client relationships, handling niche technical roles, and contributing to a collaborative and high-performing recruitment team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and sourcing, managing the complete hiring cycle effectively. 2. Skilled in understanding client requirements, company culture, and industry trends to ensure the perfect talent match. 3. Proven experience in handling niche and technical roles across various domains. 4. Ability to create a positive and inspiring team environment that encourages open communication and collaboration. 5. Excellent at building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring seamless coordination and satisfaction. 6.
