Job Title: Talent Acquisition Associate (IT) Location: Bangalore, HSR Layout Work Mode: On-site (Monday to Friday) Experience: 2–4 Years Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Associate to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles. You will partner with hiring managers, source top talent, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT (Tech, Product, Data, etc.) roles. Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media. Screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders. Track recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.). Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field. 2–4 years of hands-on experience in IT hiring. Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to handle multiple roles with attention to detail.
