Title:Associate RecruiterJob Title - Associate RecruiterDivision: KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.Position Summary:In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting the various disciplines to source, select, hire and onboard talented resources for KBR. Your key accountabilities will range from managing open requisitions, screening candidate applications, coordinating interview requests, and actively facilitating successful candidate interview days. Your high customer service orientation, attention to detail and outstanding communication skills make you an integral part of supporting our ongoing hiring needs.Note: This is a fixed term contract role for 6 months.Responsibilities:  Sourcing key talent and building proactive pipelineConduct initial screening of applicants to identify qualified candidates and coordinate for scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidatesAccountable for maintaining and updating requisitions through to completion with data integrityCreate and review offer letters in coordination with recruiter/ businessPlay an active role in supporting candidates through post-offer processes to contribute towards a positive onboarding experienceProactively build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholdersRegular reporting and tracking of recruitment metricsQualifications including Required Education, Experience, & Skills:Bachelor's degree/ Postgraduate in Business Administration/ HR or equivalent1-3 years' experience within a Recruiting team, supporting an agency/ in-house teamExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday/ CRM)Proven expertise in candidate screening, sourcing and interview coordinationExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Excellent knowledge and experience in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Capability to interact with people across all levels of business with a focus on building high-quality relationshipsCapability to manage and prioritize a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environmentBelong.
