You will work closely with cross-functional teams to run high-impact campaigns, manage creative testing, and identify scalable growth opportunities.Paid Social Strategy & Execution:Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across major platforms to drive user acquisition.Manage campaigns with a focus on return on ad spend, retention metrics, and lifetime value-based optimization.Creative Testing & Collaboration:Develop structured creative testing frameworks, including hypothesis creation, test setup, learning agendas, and iteration cycles.Work with creative teams to brief concepts, manage production cycles, and ensure constant delivery of high-quality creatives.Analytics & Performance Management:Monitor and analyze daily performance metrics, diagnosing fluctuations and identifying optimization opportunities.Build dashboards and reports to communicate trends, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.Key Qualifications2+ years of experience running paid social campaigns for mobile apps or mobile games.Proven success managing campaigns with a focus on return on ad spend, retention metrics, and lifetime value.Strong understanding of creative testing frameworks and ability to manage creative production cycles.
