The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends, creating pricing strategies, and monitoring financial and revenue performance for our clients.Manage dynamic pricing and availability using advanced software tools (training available for junior candidates).Analyze performance metrics like occupancy, average daily rate, pacing, and market trends to inform data-driven decisions.Support the development of annual revenue projections for new listings and markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Adjust pricing strategies to balance revenue and occupancy optimization, driving business growth and profitability.Build and maintain reports using Google Sheets and Excel, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to clearly communicate recommendations, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.Bonus: Automate workflows or analyses using Python programming language, enhancing efficiency and productivity.What We're Looking ForPrior experience in pricing and revenue management, preferably 1-3 years, with a strong track record of delivering results.Pricing related experience in e-commerce companies, particularly those with large-scale operations.Familiarity with advanced pricing tools, such as Pricelabs, is highly desirable.Strong analytical skills, with expertise in pricing and financial analysis, enabling effective decision-making.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, with a strong understanding of data visualization and reporting.Bonus: Experience with Python programming, particularly Pandas and Numpy, Streamlit, time series forecasting, regression modeling, and predictive analytics.Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.Job Category: Pricing Analyst Job Type: Full Time Job Location: Remote
