We are a results driven digital marketing agency based in India seeking an exceptional SEO Manager with a minimum of seven years of hands-on experience. This is a high impact role for a strategic thinker who combines deep
technical SEO expertise with modern AI driven optimization practices, strong commercial instincts, and first-class client communication skills.

You will lead SEO strategy for clients, own organic growth targets, and work closely with paid media, content, design and web development teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute end-to-end SEO strategies that deliver sustainable organic traffic, qualified leads and improved conversion.
  • Lead technical SEO audits and resolutions, including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, structured data, Core Web Vitals and server related issues.
  • Run advanced keyword strategy, topical authority development, content gap analysis and on page optimization at scale.
  • Apply local and GEO targeting strategies for multi region businesses including hreflang management, geo sitemaps, local listings and citation management.
  • Use AI powered tools and automation to scale keyword research, content briefs, optimization processes, testing and data analysis while maintaining editorial quality.
  • Build measurement frameworks and report ROI to clients and senior stakeholders. Own KPIs such as organic sessions, organic conversions, keyword visibility and revenue attribution.
  • Coordinate with content and technical teams, and represent SEO in client pitches and strategy meetings.
  • Plan and manage SEO experiments that include hypothesis building, testing cycles and data backed rollouts.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum seven years proven SEO experience, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Strong technical SEO knowledge and experience resolving complex issues on medium to large scale websites.
  • Practical experience with AI optimization workflows and at least one major AI oriented SEO toolset.
  • Strong understanding of GEO and local SEO strategies across multiple regions.
  • Excellent analytical capability and confidence with analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Search Console and SQL.
  • Demonstrable track record with measurable case studies that show organic growth, improved conversion or revenue impact.
  • Excellent verbal communication, active listening skills, client facing experience and a pleasing professional personality.
  • Fluent in English with the ability to present strategies and reports clearly at senior level.
  • Comfort with testing, experiments and A B optimization programs.
  • Collaborative mindset with high integrity and strong ambition.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with WordPress, Shopify, Magento or headless CMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with server configuration, CDNs and cloud platforms.
  • Certifications in SEO, analytics or digital marketing.
