Seeking a leader in strategic sourcing and procurement to spearhead digital transformation initiatives, implementing end-to-end procurement platforms, and driving operational excellence.Key Responsibilities include:Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive S2P digital transformation strategiesDesign and execute process mapping exercises, create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and facilitate stakeholder engagementApply Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI) techniques in procurement operationsAnalyze business processes, define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and deliver actionable insights to inform decision-makingEnsure effective governance frameworks and maintain high levels of client satisfactionRequirements include 12-15 years of experience in S2P with a proven track record in consulting and transformation projects. Proficiency in Ariba/Coupa implementation is preferred. Strong analytical skills, Excel expertise, and SAP ECC knowledge are essential. Familiarity with APIs, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Process Mining (Celonis) tools is also required. Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary for success in this role.
