The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, with experience in sourcing electronic components for manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities:Source electronic components from global suppliers, ensuring timely availability for production and meeting quality standards.Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost efficiencies and align with power electronics specifications.Analyze market trends, forecast demand, and implement strategies to reduce lead times and mitigate risks such as component obsolescence.Evaluate and develop supplier relationships, conducting regular performance audits to maintain compliance with ISO standards and environmental policies.Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to integrate procurement insights into product design, supporting innovation in power efficiency and reliability.Manage inventory levels using ERP systems to optimize stock without excess, targeting a high on-time delivery rate.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.8-10 years of progressive experience in procurement, with at least 5 years focused on electronic components in manufacturing environments.Demonstrated success in strategic sourcing for high-tech sectors, preferably power electronics or automotive electronics.Proficiency in procurement tools like SAP, Ariba, or similar, and advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
