Procurement Specialist - MRO CategoryWe are seeking a skilled procurement specialist to manage end-to-end activities of assigned categories, sourcing potential vendors, and ensuring timely material delivery.Main Responsibilities:Procure MRO-category items through effective vendor management and timely conversion of purchase requisitions to purchase orders.Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality standards are met.Identify opportunities for cost savings through alternative sourcing and LEAP projects.Maintain daily reviews of purchase requisitions and coordinate with business stakeholders for query resolution.Ensure timely delivery of materials/services against committed dates.About the Role:This role requires a talented individual who can analyze data, identify trends, and implement strategic procurement plans to drive business growth.What You Will Do:Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely deliveries.Analyze market trends and forecast demand to optimize procurement strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement objectives with business goals.Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
