Job Title: STA Synthesis EngineerWe are seeking an experienced STA Synthesis Engineer to join our team.This role involves working closely with FE teams to develop and refine timing constraints, as well as collaborating with partition/block owners to provide timely ECOs for timing closure. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of advanced timing closure techniques and industry-standard tools from Synopsys or Cadence.The successful candidate will also possess excellent scripting and communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop and refine timing constraints using industry-standard toolsCollaborate with FE teams to ensure seamless design implementationWork with partition/block owners to provide timely ECOs for timing closureStay up-to-date with the latest advancements in timing closure techniques and methodologiesRequirements:5+ years of relevant experience in STA synthesis engineeringStrong knowledge of advanced timing closure techniques and industry-standard toolsExcellent scripting and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentBenefits:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional growth and developmentA collaborative and dynamic work environment
