Founded by the co-founders of Goibibo and architects of Aarogya setu, Eka Care is a Bangalore-based health start-up company that is building a technology platform by enabling everyone with tools to get better health outcomes and solve problems for patients and doctors alike.We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team at Your responsibilities:Actively seek out new sales opportunities in the market through networking & social mediaMaintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetingsEnsure Daily Sales Route is aligned with Reporting Manager & gets completely captured in Salesforce coupled with closure of all requisite activities related to a specific leadAttend all relevant trainings mandated by the L&D teamUnderstand the cohorts/lead playbook & accordingly plan the Drs which should be targeted for effective conversionEnsure Drs have full clarity around the engagement with Ekacare followed with submission of all documents (as mandated by our internal processDisplay efficiency in gathering market and customer information to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery & customer specifications to their managersCollaborate with team members; gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team to achieve better resultsRecord sales & order information and report the same to the internal teamKeep a track of buying trends and provide accurate feedback to the teamSkill sets/Experience we require:1-4 years proven work experience as a Sales ExecutiveGood verbal and written communication & presentation skills with strong business related knowledgeThorough understanding of marketing & negotiating techniquesSelf-motivated with a result driven approachGood knowledge and experience working on MS OfficeHands-on experience working on a CRM software is an added advantageJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹500, ₹600,000.00 per year
