We are seeking a dynamic E-Commerce Executive with over 2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing product listings on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Nykaa, while ensuring smooth e-commerce operations. This is a full-time role with two openings.
E-Commerce Executive Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Nykaa.
Update product descriptions, images, and pricing across platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained and replenished as needed.
Analyze sales trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to improve listings and boost sales.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, logistics) to ensure timely order fulfillment and seamless customer service.
Monitor daily operations, such as order processing, shipment tracking, and returns management.
Ensure the implementation of promotional activities and campaigns on e-commerce platforms.
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements and Skills:
2+ years of experience in e-commerce management, with hands-on experience on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Nykaa.
Strong understanding of online marketplace algorithms, SEO best practices, and keyword optimization for e-commerce.
Familiarity with inventory management, order fulfillment, and promotional strategies.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Analytical mindset to assess sales performance and implement improvements.
Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and data analysis.
