Leeford HealthCare Pvt Ltd is looking for a highly experienced Head of E-Commerce Ad Management with over 7 years of expertise in driving e-commerce advertising success. The candidate will lead high-budget ad campaigns, coordinate with agencies, and develop long-term strategies to ensure exponential business growth through platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Google.
Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee the strategy and execution of high-level advertising campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Google, and other major e-commerce platforms.
Lead the creation, optimization, and management of large-budget PPC campaigns to drive maximum sales and revenue growth.
Coordinate closely with external agencies for creative, ad strategy, and performance optimization, ensuring the campaigns meet company objectives.
Manage and analyze large datasets to identify growth opportunities, optimize ad performance, and improve ROI.
Drive the implementation of cutting-edge ad technologies, tools, and innovations to stay ahead of competitors.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of e-commerce ad specialists, ensuring alignment with company goals and efficient execution.
Prepare comprehensive reports and deliver presentations on campaign performance and strategies to executive leadership.
Requirements and Skills:
7+ years of experience in managing high-budget e-commerce ad campaigns across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Google, and more.
Expertise in PPC advertising, keyword optimization, and sales conversion strategies.
Experience in collaborating with external agencies and internal teams to execute effective advertising strategies.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and lead ad operations.
Advanced proficiency in using advertising tools like Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, and Flipkart Ads.
Exceptional analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets.
Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving significant ROI.
