Senior Performance Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive performance marketing strategies across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, and other digital ad platforms.
Oversee and optimize large-scale advertising campaigns with a focus on maximizing ROI and scaling marketing efforts.
Manage performance marketing activities across diversified platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, LinkedIn, Pinterest) to ensure effective use of ad spend.
Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend data-driven strategies for optimization and growth.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, product, and content) and external agencies to align marketing objectives and execution.
Manage large budgets, provide spend forecasts, and ensure efficient allocation of resources across platforms.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and new advertising tools and technologies.
Requirements and Skills:
7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with expertise in Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and additional platforms.
Proven experience in managing and optimizing large-budget campaigns with a focus on driving sales and maximizing ROI.
Strong knowledge of diversified platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and others.
Excellent analytical skills with a deep understanding of campaign performance metrics and data interpretation.
Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and agencies.
Proficiency in using advertising and analytics tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
