E-Commerce Executive (4+ Years Experience)
Leeford HealthCare Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive with 4+ years of expertise in managing e-commerce operations on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Nykaa. The successful candidate will take a leadership role in driving the company's e-commerce growth and optimizing the online customer experience. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of ₹45k-50k.
Senior E-Commerce Executive Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the management of product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities on Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other online marketplaces.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve conversion rates, and optimize the overall e-commerce performance.
Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to enhance online presence and execute marketing campaigns across e-commerce platforms.
Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvements.
Oversee inventory levels, coordinating with the supply chain team to ensure smooth stock management and timely order fulfillment.
Ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines, updating listings and handling escalations when needed.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce sales, traffic, and customer engagement.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior e-commerce team members, ensuring best practices are followed.
Requirements and Skills:
4+ years of experience in e-commerce management, with a deep understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other key platforms.
Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, trends, and market insights.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with external agencies and internal departments.
Proven experience in developing and executing e-commerce strategies, including SEO, pricing, and promotions.
Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain coordination.
Proficiency in Excel and other tools for data analysis and reporting.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
