E-Commerce Strategist

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Executive to lead our e-commerce operations, driving growth and optimizing the online customer experience.

• Lead and oversee the management of product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities on Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other online marketplaces.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve conversion rates, and optimize the overall e-commerce performance.
• Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to enhance online presence and execute marketing campaigns across e-commerce platforms.
• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvements.
• Oversee inventory levels, coordinating with the supply chain team to ensure smooth stock management and timely order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines, updating listings and handling escalations when needed.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce sales, traffic, and customer engagement.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior e-commerce team members, ensuring best practices are followed.

Requirements and Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in e-commerce management, with a deep understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other key platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, trends, and market insights.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with external agencies and internal departments.
• Proven experience in developing and executing e-commerce strategies, including SEO, pricing, and promotions.
• Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain coordination.
• Proficiency in Excel and other tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
