Job Title: Technical Leader - Full Stack Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Technical Leader - Full Stack Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in JavaScript frameworks across both frontend and backend, a deep understanding of micro frontends and microservices, and extensive experience in database design, product, and project development. This role requires a proactive leader who is passionate about adopting and implementing new technologies and trends.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Drive the technical vision for projects and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Full Stack Development:
- Develop scalable and high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks for frontend (React, Angular, Vue.js, Svelte etc.) and backend (Node.js, NestJS, etc.).
- Architect and implement micro frontends and microservices solutions.
- Database Design:
- Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Optimize database performance and scalability.
- Product and Project Development:
- Oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Adaptability and Learning:
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them into existing systems.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript frameworks for both frontend (React, Angular, Vue.js) and backend (Node.js, Express.js, NestJS).
- Proficiency in micro frontend and microservices architecture.
- Extensive experience in database design, optimization, and management (both relational and NoSQL).
- Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing projects.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to learn and implement new technologies quickly.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Familiarity with TypeScript and other modern programming languages.
- Knowledge of serverless architecture and event-driven programming.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
- Hands-on experience with performance optimization and scalability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
