About the Role:  

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead – Frontend Development to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality, scalable frontend applications. Your expertise in frameworks like React , Vue.js , Next.js , and Angular.js will be critical in driving innovative solutions and mentoring a team of developers. 

Key Responsibilities:  


  • Lead and manage a team of frontend developers, providing technical direction and mentorship. 
  • Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to build responsive and intuitive user interfaces. 
  • Architect and develop scalable, reusable, and maintainable frontend codebases. 
  • Ensure technical best practices, including code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to coding standards. 
  • Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and frameworks, driving innovation and technical improvements. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. 
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and code reviews. 


Required Skills and Qualifications:  


  • Strong proficiency in React.js , Vue.js , Next.js and Angular . 
  • Solid understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. 
  • Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux). 
  • Proficiency in tools and technologies like Webpack, Babel, and Git. 
  • Expertise in RESTful APIs and working knowledge of GraphQL. 
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest). 
  • Proven experience in leading a team and handling cross-functional collaborations. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about technical challenges. 


Nice to Have:  


  • Experience with server-side rendering and static site generation. 
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web applications. 
  • Familiarity with backend development (Node.js) is a plus.
