Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Developer with 8-12 years of expertise in building modern web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have deep proficiency in frontend frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, and React Native, and experience in developing responsive, user-centric applications for both web and mobile platforms (Android and iOS). This is a unique opportunity to lead the frontend development process, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to creating innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Frontend Development:
  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React.js or Vue.js.
  • Build mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms using React Native.
  • Develop reusable components and libraries that adhere to best practices and can be used across multiple applications.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs by collaborating closely with designers and product managers.
  • Mobile Application Development:
  • Lead the development of mobile-first applications, ensuring optimal performance on both Android and iOS platforms.
  • Leverage platform-specific APIs, libraries, and native components for building robust mobile applications.
  • Cross-Platform Compatibility:
  • Ensure cross-browser, cross-device, and cross-platform compatibility, optimizing web and mobile applications for a wide range of devices and screen resolutions.
  • Conduct rigorous testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth performance across all platforms.
  • Performance Optimization:
  • Optimize frontend performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing caching, lazy loading, and code-splitting strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze application performance and implement enhancements to improve load times and user experience.
  • Collaboration and Leadership:
  • Work closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality and cohesive products.
  • Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide guidance on best practices, coding standards, and project architecture.
  • Lead technical discussions and contribute to key decisions in frontend development strategy, architecture, and tooling.
  • Code Quality and Documentation:
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that follows best practices and coding standards.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of frontend architecture, components, and functionality.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in frontend development.
  • Suggest and implement improvements in frontend technology, processes, and development workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of experience in frontend development with a strong portfolio of web and mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in frontend frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, and React Native.
  • Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
  • Experience in building and deploying mobile applications for Android and iOS using React Native.
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to collaborate with design teams.
  • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Vuex, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services.
  • Proficient in using version control tools like Git and managing codebases in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality user experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with progressive web apps (PWA) development.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL for efficient data fetching.
  • Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and CI/CD pipelines for automating deployments.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
