Sr. Full Stack Engineer #2294


Position Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall development and implementation of front and back-end software applications. Your responsibilities will extend from designing system architecture to high-level programming, performance testing, and systems integration. This role requires a deep understanding of software architecture, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


Experience and Education:


  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science or related field/experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack developer or engineer
  • Familiarity with serverless architectures and microservices
  • Previous experience in a Healthcare, Hospital, or Medical environment (a plus)

Primary Job Responsibilities:


  • Architect, design, and implement end-to-end solutions across the entire technology stack.
  • Develop scalable and maintainable code for both front-end and back-end components.
  • Create responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, etc.).
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Design and develop server-side logic and APIs to support front-end functionality.
  • Implement database structures and optimize queries for efficient data retrieval and storage.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior members of the development team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and design guidelines.
  • Implement and maintain automated testing procedures to ensure software quality.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Propose and implement improvements to enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Share knowledge and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development processes.
