We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Voice Solutions Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing, building, and maintaining scalable voice interaction solutions using Genesys Cloud CX.Key responsibilities include designing, configuring, and developing Genesys Cloud CX voice applications, including Conversation IVRs, bot flows, and inbound/outbound call routing.Design and configure Genesys Cloud CX voice applicationsDevelop voice bot and digital flows with call deflection, NLP integration, and callback orchestrationBuild and optimize Outbound Dialer campaigns, schedules, retries, and wrap-up configurationsImplement and maintain Salesforce integrations through Genesys Data Actions and REST APIsThe successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Genesys Cloud CX, focusing on voice, Conversation IVR, and outbound capabilities.A strong understanding of Architect call flows, IVR logic, bot flows, and queue routing is essential for this role.Integration & DevOps Proficiency:Proven experience in Salesforce (SF) integration using Genesys Data Actions and APIsHands-on experience with Terraform, CI/CD, and GitHub workflows for automated infrastructure and configuration management
