Customer Success Analyst
We are actively hiring an active and highly passionate individual for the Customer Success Analyst role. You will work directly with the Client Success Team and dive deep into Performance Analysis, Client Engagement & Data Visualization.
Cross-functional at the core, the role would be a mix of strategic thinking, observing, and fire fighting when needed at different levels to drive exponential growth.

Details regarding the profile
Location: HSR Bengaluru [On-Site]
Qualification: 2-4 years of experience
Timings: 6 to 7 hours per day [6D]

Roles & Responsibilities
Project Management: Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams to promote collaboration and monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Data Analytics & Extraction: Analyze data to support informed decision-making. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics. Conduct statistical analyses to identify trends.
Strategy & Presentation: Develop and implement strategic initiatives. Create compelling presentations to communicate strategies effectively and conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
Performance Marketing: Foundational knowledge of websites, conversion rate optimization (CRO), user funnels, and e-commerce metrics like "Add to Cart. Analyze campaign performance, optimize strategies based on data insights.
Communication: Foster positive relationships with clients through effective verbal and written communication. Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and address any concerns promptly. Facilitate discussions, building trust and rapport, with a key role in enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.

Core Requirements
Relevant experience in the management/strategy domain or a fast-paced startup environment
A Problem solver, Excellent in Data proficiency, Data analysation & Market Research skills
Strong knowledge of working with MS Office, G-Suite, Adobe Suite and Presentation tools
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
