Monetisation Executive Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Ad Monetisation professional to drive revenue growth through advertising optimisation.This role involves developing and implementing monetisation strategies that maximise revenue from various ad formats, including in-game ads, rewarded video ads, and interstitial ads.The ideal candidate will have expertise in ad operations or digital campaign management, as well as strong analytical skills and experience using data analysis tools such as Excel or SQL.A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Main Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective monetisation strategies to increase revenue from advertising.Analyse user data to identify trends and opportunities for improving ad performance and revenue.Manage relationships with ad networks and demand partners to optimise ad fill rate, eCPM, and overall revenue.Collaborate with game development teams to ensure seamless integration of ads and optimal ad placement for maximum user engagement and revenue.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in advertising technologies, regulations, and best practices.Key Skills and Qualifications:Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field; experience in ad operations or digital campaign management; strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel or SQL; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Bonus Points: Sound knowledge of Admob or Ironsource ad serving platforms; industry certifications or relevant training.
