Job Description:As a Talkdesk Administrator, you will be responsible for day-to-day administration of the Talkdesk platform, including routing profiles, studio flows, omnichannel setup, design and optimization. You will develop custom functions, actions, and JavaScript within Studio, build, maintain integrations using REST APIs, Webhooks, and IPAAS tools, and implement event-driven automation.You will integrate with CRM, ITSM, and 3rd party admin platforms to ensure platform reliability, compliance, and security. You will also collaborate with CX teams to increase automation coverage and virtual agent containment, leveraging extensive knowledge of best practices, code review systems, troubleshooting, and testing efforts.Required Qualifications:We are seeking an experienced professional with at least 10-12 years of contact center unified communications and CX technology experience, including 5 years hands-on experience with similar CCaaS platforms like Talkdesk. Strong expertise in Talkdesk Studio flow design and omnichannel configuration is required, as well as solid understanding of CX cloud concepts, call quality metrics, and demonstrated observability and analytics skills.Nice to have experience with CXone, Genesys Cloud, CX, and Amazon Connect, as well as handson experience with virtual agents, LLM integrations, and WFMMQM speech analytics.Tools & Tech Stack:Our ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Talkdesk Studio Explore Admin Console, Virtual Agent Features, Enterprise Apps, Salesforce, other Admin Systems, Identity & Security, AWS IAM, Azure AD, Okta SSO, SAML, SCIM Integration, REST APIs, Webhooks, Iframes, Scripting, Java, Python, Node.js, Monitoring Logs, CloudWatch, Elastic, Datadog.
