Position Title : Chief of Staff to Chief People Officer Location: Bangalore (5 days Work from Office) About the Role We're looking for a high-energy, execution-focused Chief of Staff to work directly with our Chief People Officer (CPO) on strategic projects and key people initiatives. This role is perfect for someone early in their career (2-3 years of experience) who has worked in a fast-paced startup, partnered with founders or senior leaders, and is eager to learn how people strategy, culture, and operations come together in a scaling organization. You'll be at the center of driving impact - helping the Chief People Officer prioritize, execute, and deliver on critical company-wide projects that shape how we grow and operate. What you’ll do at Digitide Project Execution: Lead and support high-priority projects from planning to delivery. Strategic Support: Partner with the CPO on strategic initiatives including org design, engagement, performance, and leadership programs. Operational Excellence: Streamline processes, track key deliverables, and ensure projects move forward on time. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with functional leaders, and business teams to align People initiatives with company goals. Leadership Enablement: Help prepare leadership meetings, presentations, and communications; manage follow-ups and ensure accountability. Data & Insights: Support with research, people analytics, and dashboards to inform decisions. Culture & Change: Help shape and execute programs that strengthen company culture and employee experience. What You Bring 1-3 years of experience in a startup or high-growth company, ideally in roles such as Chief of Staff, Strategy Analyst, Program Manager, or People Operations Associate. Experience working directly with founders, senior leadership, or C-level executives. Strong project management and organizational skills - you're comfortable juggling multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex topics and influence stakeholders. A proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented mindset - you get things done. A genuine interest in People, Culture, and Organizational Strategy. High discretion, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
