Learn more about us: https://linktr.ee/convegenius11 Position SummaryThe Project Delivery & Program Manager will lead the state-wide implementation of ConveGenius programs in Andhra Pradesh, driving both program outcomes and product adoption. This is a hybrid leadership role that combines program management, product delivery, government relations, and team leadership.The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader who can navigate complex government ecosystems, manage large-scale delivery, and ensure our AI-enabled solutions create measurable learning impact in schools and serve our students meaningfully.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & StrategyLead end-to-end program implementation for the state of Andhra Pradesh, ensuring alignment with State education priorities, Program objectives and ConveGenius’s strategic goalsDevelop the Annual Work Plan (AWP) with clear milestones, targets, and accountability mechanismsRun implementation model pilots (cost-impact experiments) to test and refine scalable modelsProject Delivery & AdoptionEnsure seamless delivery of SwiftPAL, SwiftClass, and AI-powered chatbots in the intervention schoolsDrive teacher adoption through training, mentoring, and classroom-level support.Collaborate with product teams to contextualize content, dashboards, and analytics towards visualising and accelerating impactEstablish feedback loops to report field challenges and insights for product, program and content improvementsStakeholder ManagementAct as the primary liaison with state education officials, SCERT, SSA, and district leadership.Manage relationships with CSR funders and NGO partners, including reporting and showcasing impact.Represent ConveGenius in high-stakes review meetings, policy discussions, and donor presentations.Team LeadershipLead and mentor the Andhra Pradesh implementation team, including Zonal managers and Swift Bharat FellowsBuild a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous learning within the teamOversee capacity building, performance monitoring, and professional development for the teamData, Monitoring & ImpactTrack program KPIs: adoption, engagement and gainsUse dashboards and analytics to drive decisions and report insightsBuild case studies, reports, and presentations for internal leadership, state partners, and donors.Qualifications & CompetenciesEducation: Master’s or equivalent from a top-tier institution in Management, Education, Development Studies, or related fieldsExperience: 6-8 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in large-scale program management / deliveryExperience working with government education systems is highly desirableStrong program and project delivery skills: planning, execution, and risk managementProven stakeholder engagement ability with senior officials and fundersExcellent leadership and team management skillsAnalytical mindset: ability to use data for decision-making and communicate insights effectivelyFlexibility and adaptability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environmentsFluency in English and Telugu is mandatoryFamiliarity with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and data analysis is expected
