Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in project planning, execution, team coordination, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage construction projects from design to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to develop project plans and execution strategies.
  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, procurement, and resource allocation for multiple projects.
  • Monitor site progress, safety compliance, and risk management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and company standards in project execution.

Requirements:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

10-15 years of experience in construction/project management, preferably in Design-Build or Turnkey projects.

Strong knowledge of project scheduling, cost estimation, and contract management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
