Role Program Director Account Manager/ Service Delivery Manager Work distribution for this role will be 60% Program Management and 40% Service Delivery management.

This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage resources, timelines, and budgets effectively.

Overall 15+ years of experience Must possess a deep understanding of technology and software development, combined with strong leadership and communication skills.

Must have ITSM Certification. Must have PMP Project Management Professional certification or equivalent.

Must have Agile or Scrum certifications e.g., ScrumMaster, PMIACP.

Must have proven track record of managing large Production support L1.5, L2, L3 support projects.

Manage the delivery of services to clients and ensure they meet the agreed service level agreements and operational level agreements.

Develop and implement service improvement plans. Manage client relationships and handle clients expectations.

Coordinate and manage project teams and service providers.

Prepare and present regular and accurate reports to stakeholders.

Ensure that the delivery team is adequately trained and resourced.

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive service sales and profitability.

Keep track of emerging trends in service delivery and implement best practices.

Actively engage in RFPs and account growth deliveryled sales.

Manage client relationships and handle clients expectations. Coordinate and manage project team.
