
Service Representative

Job Summary:
The Service Representative will act as the primary point of contact for customers and clients of our paper publication services. This role involves managing customer inquiries related to subscriptions, advertising, delivery, and content, ensuring prompt resolution of issues while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to paper publications, including subscription management, delivery schedules, billing, and advertising services.
- Assist customers with subscription renewals, cancellations, and upgrades.
- Coordinate with the circulation and delivery teams to resolve distribution or delivery-related issues.
- Address and resolve customer complaints regarding missing or damaged publications.
- Provide detailed information about subscription plans, promotional offers, and advertising options.
- Process orders for bulk subscriptions, advertisements, or special inserts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions using CRM software.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is maintained.
- Work closely with editorial, sales, and logistics teams to facilitate smooth service delivery.
- Support sales teams by providing customer insights and assisting with campaign execution when needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within publishing, media, or related industries.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good understanding of publication processes and subscription management.
