This role demands a strong understanding of fabric procurement; inventory management and the ability to optimise efficiency in having the correct stock levels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, while maintaining the highest standards of effectiveness.What You'll Do Lead sourcing and production across crafts, textiles, and categories to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.Plan and allocate production efficiently with artisan clusters and vendor partners.Manage end-to-end production processes, ensuring optimal use of manpower and raw materials.Maintain strong vendor and artisan relationships, ensuring scale while preserving quality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production with business goals. Skills & Experience We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in sourcing textiles, working directly with artisans, preferably in an ethnic wear brand.Deep knowledge of Indian textiles, crafts, and production techniques.Ability to plan, forecast, and allocate production resources efficiently.Hands-on experience in managing vendor and artisan networks.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and execution ability in high-growth environments. How Dressfolk Will Propel Your Career • Work directly with the founder and leadership team in a high-growth environment.• Be at the forefront of redefining Indian handlooms for a global audience.• Exposure to building and scaling systems that impact artisans, customers, and the business at large.• Thrive in a culture that values innovation, ownership, and long-term wealth creation (including ESOPs).Full-time role | 6 Days I Office: Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon
