Senior Purchasing Coordinator

We're growing our Global Procurement team and looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator who's ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, international environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team that supports strategic business goals across multiple regions and categories.In this role, you'll be a key player in ensuring that our global purchasing operations run smoothly — partnering closely with Procurement Managers, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to deliver high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective solutions. You'll handle diverse tactical purchases spanning Marketing, Events, IT, HR, and Software, helping teams around the world get what they need to succeed.We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Gurugram for our hybrid working model.India Shift Timings: 2 PM to 10 PM (Cab will be provided)Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and execute all tactical purchases within your scope in full alignment with company purchasing policiesPartner with stakeholders globally to anticipate needs, ensure seamless execution, and provide timely updates on deal progressManage and maintain supplier contracts, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement in supplier relationshipsCollaborate with Procurement and Accounts Payable to onboard and maintain suppliers, ensuring documentation and compliance requirements are metLead negotiations with suppliers to secure the best possible pricing, commercial terms, and service levels in line with procurement strategyIdentify opportunities to improve purchasing processes and drive operational efficiencyAbout YouBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferredAt least 3 years of experience in Indirect Procurement or as a Buyer, ideally within a global or fast-growing organizationStrong organizational and project management skills — you can juggle multiple priorities and still deliver with precisionConfident communicator with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the businessProven experience with contracting, supplier management, and process improvementFamiliarity with business systems and procurement platforms (e.g. Coupa, SAP, Oracle, or similar).Skilled negotiator with a solutions-oriented mindset and strong attention to detailCurious, proactive, and eager to grow — you take ownership and always look for ways to add valueWhy Join Us?You'll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that plays a critical role in driving company efficiency and business success.
