Senior Purchasing Coordinator

We’re growing our Global Procurement team and looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator who’s ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, international environment. In this role, you’ll be a key player in ensuring that our global purchasing operations run smoothly — partnering closely with Procurement Managers, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to deliver high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective solutions. You’ll handle diverse tactical purchases spanning Marketing, Events, IT, HR, and Software, helping teams around the world get what they need to succeed. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Gurugram for our hybrid working model.India Shift Timings: 2 PM to 10 PM (Cab will be provided) Key Responsibilities Oversee and execute all tactical purchases within your scope in full alignment with company purchasing policies Partner with stakeholders globally to anticipate needs, ensure seamless execution, and provide timely updates on deal progress Manage and maintain supplier contracts, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement in supplier relationships Collaborate with Procurement and Accounts Payable to onboard and maintain suppliers, ensuring documentation and compliance requirements are met Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure the best possible pricing, commercial terms, and service levels in line with procurement strategy Identify opportunities to improve purchasing processes and drive operational efficiency About You Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred At least 3 years of experience in Indirect Procurement or as a Buyer, ideally within a global or fast-growing organization Strong organizational and project management skills — you can juggle multiple priorities and still deliver with precision Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the business Proven experience with contracting, supplier management, and process improvement Familiarity with business systems and procurement platforms (e.g. Coupa, SAP, Oracle, or similar). Skilled negotiator with a solutions-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail Curious, proactive, and eager to grow — you take ownership and always look for ways to add value Why Join Us?
