About the Role:
As an AI Solutions Consultant, you will be a critical bridge between our sales team and our clients, guiding them through the proof-of-concept (PoC) process and ensuring successful integration of ConvoZen AI. You will act as a trusted advisor, consulting with customers on AI-led contact center transformation, addressing their specific needs and demonstrating the value of our product. You will own the end-to-end technical solutioning for the customer, from initial onboarding through ongoing support.
Responsibilities:
PoC Management: Lead and manage the entire PoC process, from initial setup and configuration to data analysis and reporting. This includes working closely with clients to define success metrics and ensuring the PoC delivers demonstrable value.
Solution Consulting: Serve as a subject matter expert, understanding the client's business challenges and demonstrating how ConvoZen AI can address them. Provide consultative guidance on AI-led contact center transformation, helping customers maximize their ROI.
Technical Solutioning: Interface with customers on the end-to-end technical solution, including integration with existing systems, data migration, and customization. Address technical inquiries and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the PoC and post-sales.
Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to qualify leads, provide technical expertise during sales presentations, and create compelling proposals.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Product Feedback: Gather customer feedback on product features and functionality, sharing insights with the product development team to drive continuous improvement.
Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the AI and contact center space.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in pre-sales, sales engineering, or solution consulting within the SaaS or AI industry.
- Basic understanding of analytics, including experience with Excel and SQL.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and technologies, particularly in the context of conversational AI and natural language processing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with contact center technologies and operations.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
