Role Summary:
The Pre-Sales professional plays a crucial role in the sales process by partnering with internal teams and engaging with potential clients to identify their needs and develop tailored solutions. This role requires a strategic approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively position our products and services to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the pre-sales process by understanding and analyzing customer requirements to develop customized solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to qualify leads, deliver product demonstrations, and create compelling presentations.
- Prepare high-quality proposals, respond to RFPs, and create sales collateral that addresses client needs and expectations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert by providing technical and product expertise to support the sales team and address client queries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to guide strategic decisions.
- Work with product development teams to share customer feedback and market insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- Proven 2+ experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or a related field within the [industry/technology sector].
- Demonstrated success in supporting sales teams and contributing to revenue growth through effective pre-sales activities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively convey complex concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
