Role Summary:
The Pre-Sales professional plays a crucial role in the sales process by partnering with internal teams and engaging with potential clients to identify their needs and develop tailored solutions. This role requires a strategic approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively position our products and services to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the pre-sales process by understanding and analyzing customer requirements to develop customized solutions.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to qualify leads, deliver product demonstrations, and create compelling presentations.
Prepare high-quality proposals, respond to RFPs, and create sales collateral that addresses client needs and expectations.
Serve as a subject matter expert by providing technical and product expertise to support the sales team and address client queries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to guide strategic decisions.
Work with product development teams to share customer feedback and market insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
Proven 2+ experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or a related field within the (industry/technology sector).
Demonstrated success in supporting sales teams and contributing to revenue growth through effective pre-sales activities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively convey complex concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
