We are looking for a dynamic and organized Event Manager to oversee and execute events according to our event calendar. You will be responsible for ensuring that all assets are created on schedule, meeting deadlines while ensuring all brand requirements are fulfilled.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute events according to the event calendar.
  • Ensure timely creation of all event-related assets, including digital and physical materials.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency across all events.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Manage budgets and timelines to ensure events are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Analyze the success of events and provide detailed post-event reports.


Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in event management or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing events from start to finish.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
