Job Summary:

As an Event Sales Manager at EazyDiner, you will be responsible for driving revenue by selling advertisement and sponsorships. You will work closely with restaurant partners and clients to ensure seamless execution of events and deliver exceptional customer service, fostering long-term relationships. This role requires a proactive individual with strong negotiation and communication skills who can identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Client Acquisition:
  • Identify, target, and acquire corporate clients for event sponsorship.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
  • Event Management:
  • Coordinate logistics and ensure successful execution of events, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process, including proposal creation, contract negotiation, and post-event feedback collection.
  • Market Research & Strategy:
  • Stay up to date with market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to improve market penetration.
  • Gather insights from client interactions and event performance to continuously optimize sales strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in event sales, hospitality, or restaurant partnerships.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, with attention to detail.

  • Experience in the food & beverage or hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and event logistics.
  • Strong network of corporate clients and restaurant industry professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
