Job Description: Senior Manager - Sales (Luxury Residential) from Real estate background

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Sales with a proven track record in luxury residential real estate sales . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the luxury market, customer behavior, and high-value deal closures. This role involves driving sales performance, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across all stages of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Process Perspective:
Sales Strategy Implementation:
- Execute and adapt sales strategies for luxury residential projects in alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and KPIs to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
CRM Management:
- Oversee accurate data entry and management in the CRM system.
- Track leads, customer interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups for higher conversions.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and project teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and post-sales teams for documentation, agreements, and compliance.
Process Optimization:
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements for enhanced productivity and customer satisfaction.
Financial Perspective:
Revenue Generation:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for luxury residential projects.
- Analyze market trends and competitive pricing to maximize profitability while maintaining market competitiveness.
Budget Management:
- Ensure effective utilization of resources and budgets allocated for sales activities.
- Collaborate with finance teams for payment collections, timely invoicing, and tracking of receivables.
Customer Perspective:
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients.
- Offer personalized solutions to meet client expectations for luxury residential properties.
- Client Engagement:
- Conduct property walkthroughs, presentations, and one-on-one meetings to highlight the unique value proposition of projects.
- Proactively address and resolve client queries and concerns to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to refine sales approaches.
People Perspective:
- Team Leadership and Training:
- Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to achieve high performance and customer excellence.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support project sales goals.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in luxury residential real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven success in handling high-value clients and closing deals for premium residential projects.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and market analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of real estate regulations, RERA compliance, and documentation processes.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
