Sage India | Project Manager

Job Purpose:
As a consultant on contract to work on project management at the offices of EL and VP: Publishing Business - closely on organisation’s business operations and activities. The said consultant would not only responsible for implementing project management plans for the successful execution of projects, but would be also accountable for delivering projects on time, within the budget and resources allocated.
The said consultant should be able anticipate the needs of his/ her/ their managers and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. S/he/ they should move quickly with the changing environment and should be up to date with the latest products and services to support the two offices. The consultant would also use his/ her/ their knowledge to strategically support the projects under consideration. In addition to being organized and analytical, the said consultant would possess strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions. Essentially the said role would have a simple and single objective driven by a common company goal: to help us accomplish our goals. Working behind the scenes, the role would make a significant impact on the people we work with - across functions
Key Accountabilities:
- Work cross-functionally with a team that supports EL: India and VP : Publishing Business at Sage India.
- Partner with project leads, resources, and point of contact to coordinate business and managers’ needs.
- Optimize processes and build new operational ways to drive efficiency, effectiveness and responsiveness into existing operations and managing team-related projects.
- Partner closely with other Business Partners, Sage India Leads, and others as advised by India EL and VP Publishing Business to execute processes to support the business and leaders.
- We are in the process of leading and managing a variety of simultaneous projects, which requires the consultant of being able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- MBA
- PMP Certification
- 6 to 8 years of experience
- Multiple stakeholders management experience
