Sage Intacct Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sage Intacct Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to manage, troubleshoot, and optimize Sage Intacct ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, employee training, and resolve day-to-day issues. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations and maximum utilization of the platform.
Job Description
1) System Support & Troubleshooting
- Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to Sage Intacct promptly.
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operation of all Intacct modules.
- Manage user access, configurations, and integrations with other systems.
2) Employee Training & Enablement:
- Conduct group and individual training sessions for employees to enhance platform proficiency.
- Develop easy-to-follow training materials, guides, and documentation.
- Provide ongoing support to employees for using Sage Intacct efficiently.
3) Query Resolution & Support:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Sage Intacct-related queries from internal stakeholders.
- Address operational challenges by identifying root causes and recommending best practices.
- Manage and resolve escalated system issues with Sage support, if required.
4) Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Stay updated on the latest Sage Intacct features, releases, and best practices.
- Implement system updates and enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
5) Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure financial system configurations comply with company policies and industry standards.
- Generate financial and operational reports based on business needs.
Work Schedule
Mon-Fri, 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM (US Hours)
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with preferably Sage Intacct ERP system or other financial or accounting products.
- Expertise in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Sage Intacct modules.
- Proven experience in training employees on financial systems and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve technical queries efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
