Role Summary:

 Lead the store team and ensure an exceptional made-to-measure customer experience while driving sales, client relationships, and smooth coordination with tailoring and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day store operations and team performance
  • Deliver strong sales through client consultations & upselling
  • Guide MTM measurement, styling, and order processes
  • Ensure smooth coordination with tailoring & production
  • Maintain store VM, stock, hygiene, and brand SOPs
  • Handle high-end clients and after-sales service
  • Report on store targets, appointments & revenue

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years in premium/luxury retail (menswear preferred)
  • Excellent communication & grooming
  • Strong team leadership & customer handling skills
  • Familiarity with custom clothing process a plus
