Roles & Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning.

· Lead, train, and manage store staff to achieve performance targets.

· Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customer complaints.

· Enforce store policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

· Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations.

· Control store expenses and manage budgets effectively.
