Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory. The role involves handling customer service issues, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and ensuring that the store meets its sales and profitability goals.

  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Store Management
  • Knowledge in Retail Loss Prevention
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy retail environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
