We enable schools to digitize operations, engage parents, and drive smarter decisions.Role Overview As an Enterprise Sales Account Executive, you will lead the charge on new logo acquisition. Your core focus will be identifying, qualifying, and closing Group of Institutions in an enterprise sales motion.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and close new Group of InstitutionsOwn full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, closureRun email, LinkedIn, and call outreach with tailored messagingBuild strong relationships with Principals, Management, and TrusteesDrive urgency and decision-making with compelling ROI-based storytellingCollaborate with the Account Management team for smooth handoff post-saleWho You Are2–6 years in B2B SaaS sales (EdTech experience is a plus)Proven track record of closing deals through outbound effortsConfident presenter with strong written and verbal communicationHigh ownership and hustle mindsetStrong rapport-building and objection-handling skillsComfortable with CRM tools and structured sales frameworksKPIs & Success MetricsMonthly and quarterly new ARR closedSQL to closure ratioDeal cycle time (avg. days to close)Lead generation via direct outreach to Enterprise Customers (In addition to the Leads coming from Inbound and Outbound channels).Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary with Fixed to Variable structureVariable payout fully tied to Quarterly Quota attainmentAccelerator commission above 100% quotaWork closely with Sales LeadershipFast-track growthTo Apply: Send your resume to shradha@edumerge.com with the subject: “Application – Sales AE at edumerge”
