Our services include Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), lead generation, administration, IT, marketing, and back-office support.We work with clients across the UK, USA, Canada, GCC, Australia, and New Zealand, helping them reduce costs, improve efficiency, and scale their businesses effectively.To support our continued growth, we are seeking a driven and experienced Business Developer (Lead Generation) to join our team in Noida. This role will initially focus on expanding our presence in the UK market, before broadening into other key internationalregions.Job Purpose:To generate new business opportunities by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients in target international markets — with a particular emphasis on the UK recruitment and outsourcing sector. The role involves proactive outreach, relationship-building, and supporting the sales pipeline through quality lead generation and appointment setting.Key Responsibilities:• Identify and research potential clients across UK, USA, Canada, GCC, Australia, and New Zealand recruitment and outsourcing markets.• Generate high-quality leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, outbound calls, social media, and partnerships.• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the Client Solutions and Sales teams.• Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities using CRM systems.• Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to refine messaging, targeting, and conversion strategies.• Track and report performance metrics (leads, conversions, revenue impact).• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and communication in all client interactions.• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and client challenges to identify new opportunities.Person Specification:Essential:• 2–5 years’ experience in Business Development or Lead Generation for an RPO, staffing, or outsourcing company.• Proven success generating international business, ideally in the UK market.• Strong understanding of recruitment outsourcing models, B2B sales, and client acquisition processes.• High level of English proficiency (spoken and written) with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders in English-speaking countries.• A proactive self-starter who can work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.• Skilled in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email automation platforms.• Excellent time management, organisation, and follow-up abilities.Desirable:• Exposure to multiple regions (UK, North America, GCC, ANZ) in previous roles.• Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, or other lead generation tools.• Experience coordinating with o6shore or remote teams.• Background in recruitment or staffing industry business development.Compensation & Benefits:• Competitive base salary: ₹5,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum (depending onexperience)• Attractive performance-based incentives and bonuses• Career development and international exposure opportunities• Supportive, collaborative work environmentWhy Join StaBbank:• Be part of a growing international outsourcing company with clients in major global markets.• Work closely with UK and global teams, building valuable international business experience.• Opportunity to make a tangible impact on company growth while advancing your career in global sales and business development.• Be part of a growing international outsourcing company with clients in major global markets.• Work closely with UK and global teams, building valuable international business experience.• Opportunity to make a tangible impact on company growth while advancing your career in global sales and business development.
