Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from any discipline and Post graduate ( Full time ) in HR
  • 12-15 years' experience in Human Resources, Plant HR & IR
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve handling plant HR activities and Unions, contract labour
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement

Candidate must have experience in AUTOMOPTIVE domain and have excellent connections with Local authorities in TALEGAON , CHAKAN, PUNE area.
