Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Betul. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Responsibilities include managing recruitment and selection processes, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, conducting performance management, and supporting employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. The HR Manager will also manage communication between employees and management, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Recruitment, Selection, and Employee Relations
  • Skills in HR Strategy Development, Performance Management, and Talent Management
  • Knowledge of Labor Law and HR best practices
  • Strong Organizational, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive role
