The role requires a strategic thinker with strong content creation abilities and a passion for fostering engaging interactions with students and stakeholders.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media, audience engagement, and digital content distribution—helping drive Xylem’s vision of empowering learners across Karnataka.Key Responsibilities1. Content Creation & ManagementDevelop, plan, and create engaging content for platforms including social media, WhatsApp, Telegram, and the website.Coordinate with the creative team to design visually appealing graphics, videos, and written content.Monitor content trends and audience preferences to optimize strategies for improved engagement.2. Community Engagement & GrowthServe as the primary point of contact for Xylem Karnataka’s community, fostering a supportive and interactive environment.Build and manage online groups, forums, and social media pages to encourage discussions and participation.Develop and execute strategies to increase engagement, grow community reach, and strengthen relationships with influencers and key stakeholders.3. Channel ManagementOversee and optimize all digital channels, including Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, and Facebook.Implement strategies to enhance visibility, engagement, and audience retention.Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement in engagement initiatives.4.
