Role Overview:
The Founders Office Associate will play a pivotal role in supporting our founder by managing Daily Status Reports (DSR) and ensuring the productivity and accountability of employees and managers across various departments. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

DSR Management:
Oversee the preparation, collection, and consolidation of Daily Status Reports from various departments.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of DSR submissions from employees and managers.
Analyze DSRs to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Productivity and Accountability Monitoring:
Track the productivity and accountability of employees and managers based on DSR data.
Provide regular reports to the founder on performance metrics, highlighting key areas of concern or success.
Collaborate with department heads to implement corrective actions when necessary.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for the founder.
Assist in the development and refinement of KPIs to better measure department and individual performance.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive operational efficiency.
Support in Hiring Processes:
Assist the founder in overseeing the hiring processes for managerial roles in various departments.
Ensure that new hires are integrated into the DSR system and held accountable for their daily reports.
Communication and Coordination:
Serve as a liaison between the founder and various departments to ensure clear communication of expectations and goals.
Coordinate with department heads to ensure alignment with the founder’s vision and objectives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

DSR Submission Rate: Ensuring timely submission of DSRs by employees and managers.
Data Accuracy: Maintaining high standards for the accuracy and completeness of DSR information.
Productivity Metrics: Tracking and improving department-specific productivity metrics through DSRs.
Accountability Index: Reducing unresolved issues or non-compliance instances reported in DSRs.
Hiring Process Efficiency: Ensuring timely and effective hiring processes for new managerial positions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced startup environment.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with productivity tracking tools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
