**Job Overview**
Founder’s office is where the action happens Inviting passionate individuals who’ll be
working directly with the CEO and creating magic.
We are seeking a dynamic individual for Founder's Office-Strategy & Operations with
extremely strong analytical and problem-solving skills to join our team and support the
Founder in effective decision-making, project management and execution of strategic
initiatives and daily operational/ administration work of the CEO.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Assisting in client research, and preparing persuasive presentations.
- Preparing reports by collecting and analysing information.
- Collaborating with the Founder to build compelling narratives and impactful pitch

decks for stakeholders.
- Identifying potential business opportunities and contributing to the development

of growth strategies.
- Demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach to address challenges

that arise during the execution of initiatives.
- Track and report project status and risks to the Founder and leadership team.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and

provide strategic recommendations to the founder.
- Attend meetings and events with the founder, and represent the company in a

professional and positive manner.
- Manage the founder's calendar and schedule, including scheduling meetings and

appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.

**Requirements**:

- Masters or MBA from a tier-1/2 Indian/International institutions with 1-3 years of

experience.
- Experience working in the Founder's office in a fast-paced

environment/experience in a similar role highly desirable.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and execution,

with some experience in project management, or related role preferred.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to conduct research

and provide strategic recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft

professional correspondence and communicate effectively with a wide range of

stakeholders.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage

multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for start-ups and entrepreneurship, with a willingness to take on a wide

range of tasks to support the success of the company.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic

start-up environment.
- Strong data-driven mindset capable of analysing massive amounts of data,

analysing performance using metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize

tasks effectively.
- Drive executive-level operations strategic and business reviews, and Board

meetings.
